most strange My original version of the GML file enabled me to load in a java based tool and drew the layer map correctly.
However it wouldn't draw in Openlayers When I made the above changes, Openlayers draws the map correctly However the java based tool I used fails to draw it now and throws a parsing exception I guess it's a bug?
