Hi people,
I'm trying to understand how "maxExtent" parameter works, and for that I
have started with the next simple -almost naive- code:

If I'm not wrong, the expected behaviour would be that the user only can
navigate between the bounds defined. Well, the simple code above doesn't
work, because the map shows the whole world instead of showing the
bounds defined.
Some help or advice?
