Hi everyone! I have noticed some weird behaver of OL map while I am doing some panning, but only in the IE. You can see that in this example as well http://openlayers.org/dev/examples/fullScreen.html
Problem: When I have a cursor of a mouse mouse e.g. at the centre of the map, and then do a panning to the bottom of of the web browser (the mouse goes out of the map viewport - try to "escape" from the map area during the padding) the map position strangely changes. This stuff happens only in the IE as I said. It happends when I try padding to the top of the web browser and to the bottom. In the Firefox it does work correctly. Is this a OL library bug? Does anyone know how to handle with that problem?
