Doing an image reprojection of a tile on the fly within another server would be theoretically possible but isnt going to be good unless that projection also produces rectangles from a rectangle lat/long (ie most other projections).
So using google forces you having your map in 900913 and reprojecting everything else into that. Chances are your wms server can do this.
