As far as I know, you can only get google tiles in 900913. Doing an 
image reprojection of a tile on the fly within another server would be 
theoretically possible but isnt going to be good unless that projection 
also produces rectangles from a rectangle lat/long (ie most other 
projections).

So using google forces you having your map in 900913 and reprojecting 
everything else into that. Chances are your wms server can do this. 
(geoserver and arcgis server certainly can and I think mapserver does too).
