Mike, Your emails are coming through :) - I think this was the 3rd email to come through, if I'm not mistaken. I'd love to help with the question, but sorry I don't know the answer. Anyway - not sure what the problem is with the archives and / or the 'copy to self' feature of the mailing list. But rest assured, your messages are being received.
