For some reason an extra page is added when printing, as shown here http://kart4.nois.no/openlayersprinttest/capture.png and here http://kart4.nois.no/openlayersprinttest/capture2.png. Tested in IE8 and Opera on Windows Vista. Is this an OpenLayers bug? A browser bug?
