So I have a vector layer with a select feature control added. It all
works exactly how I want it to work, except the little hand you get when
you hover over a click-able object does not appear until that specific
feature has already been selected at least once before. I can select
them fine, just the mouse cursor doesn't turn to a hand when you are
over them until after its been clicked at least once.
