well, I'm trying is to prevent from drawing a new polygon on another existing polygon in the same layer.
steps: a = get polygon points. b = select features in the new polygon area (like in the SelectFeature -> box). c = if b>0 dont draw otherwise draw the new feature this is what I have done for now http://pastebin.com/PMNasuFs I wrote in the comments where it supposed to be. I tried to build the selectBox function but failed. please help me, Thank you.
