Can you please tell me how to draw circles if latitude,longitude
,radius values are given in an excel sheet. If we have to change the excel
sheet into any other format accepted by openlayers, then to which format it
is to be changed . I will be very very thankful to you if you can provide me
code for drawing the circles by taking input from a file.
