Trivial question, but are the lat/long in your data.txt file measured on 
the WGS84 datum and not on Indian Geodetic Datum? This would result is 
points being positioned  away from the location as seen in Google by a 
constant offset (up to a 200m). But the offset would be roughly same for 
each point. (though when I look at the value posted here with only 2 
decimal places for lat/long your locational accuracy is going to be 
terrible anyway  - that's location with kilometer accuracy. I'd expect 4 
decimal places at least.
