I have not tried the geoserver print module. I am not sure if it can print vector-layers (OpenLayers.Layer.Vector), does anyone know? There seems to be quite a hard connection to the GeoExt (client-side) module. I would prefer to have an OpenLayers-control which handled the (basic) client-side part of the printing.
If you are interested, I created a Python script which does the same thing. It supports vector, WMS and TileCache layers: http://www.lahtitude.com and works with opacity etc. See it in use here: http://xyz.malmo.se/stadsatlas/ -- View this message in context: http://osgeo-org.1803224.n2.nabble.com/Printing-an-openlayers-map-tp6221960p6248936.html Sent from the OpenLayers Users mailing list archive at Nabble.com. _______________________________________________ Users mailing list [email protected] http://lists.osgeo.org/mailman/listinfo/openlayers-users
