I don't see anything wrong at first glance, and since the proxyhost seems to
be working did you edit the proxy.cgi file and add the URL ('api.flickr.com'
I think) to the allowedHosts array? Also, are you accessing the page url via
localhost://page instead of file:///c:/etc/?
