Hi,
I have to think about the time series bit and see what´s out there already. I
doesn´t have to be too complex though. And I suspect that most locations will
only have 2 photos...one old, one new.

Hi Robert,
I guess my main question would be how you intended to display the historic
time-series, and handle the geographic metadata. Otherwise it sounds like you
want a layer/feature layer of some kind that will connect to whatever
application you have that will render the time-series photographs. It wouldn't
be too hard to have a link to your application launcher in some geo-metadata...
just some thoughts...
