This is a bit off topic but if anyone would know, you guys would. Can you get a layer from google with highway shields and or road names separate for the map itself?
I ask because we are drawing congestion layers on maps and this obscures the street names and shields, and I was wondering if I could the shield layer on top of the congestion layer on top of the map so they are readable.
