This is likely to be the implementation of the browser of the device maybe newer versions of the browser will fix it. There is a post somewhere at sencha.com with a test of xoom and sencha touch. Not so bad but still plenty space for improvements.

I tested other buttons, for example "Search" button and popup "search" panel, same issue happens. It seems that it's something related to OpenLayers. Because another example "OpenLayers with JQuery Mobile" also has this. I am wondering whether people in this mailing list could give me some hints about what's happening underlying this issue? appreciate any replies!
