Hello,
now I was able to localize the problem. When I use InfoFormat='text/html', the
WMSgetFeatureRequest gives me a nice html table back (style from ArcGIS). But I
want to use InfoFormat='application/vnd.ogc.gml' to read the attributes from
the response in order to compose my own output. In addition the
text/html-Format is overriding my CSS styles.
Question: How can I use WMSgetFeatureInfo with
InfoFormat='application/vnd.ogc.gml' querying ArcGIS Server WMS in a Openlayers
application?
Thank you
Lucia

Betreff: [OpenLayers-Users] Openlayers WMSGetFeatureInfo problem with
ArcGISServer WMS

Hello,
has anybody experiences with integrating WMS layers provided by an
ArcGIS Server MapServer into a Openlayers map application?
I managed it to visualize the layer but I get no response from the
WMSgetFeatureInfo request.
With GeoServer WMS from remote Servers there is no problem (using a
proxy).
Thank you
Lucia
