Hi Jeff, Nice posts. Very clear ! One remark : in the "Introduction to OpenLayers" post you mention the EPSG:3785 srs. I think it is deprecated an replaced by EPSG:3857 srs (see http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/EPSG:3857)
