Hi, I appreciate the response.

This is actually inly happening when I use Internet Explorer 8 to print (which 
unfortunately is still the default browser here). I have also tested the exact 
same code using Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer 9  and the print works. 
But when I use two layers on a map and both have opacity then only one shows up 
properly when printed using IE8. Any work around for this?
