Hello, Is there anyone out there who has been able to apply the approach suggested by the "ArcGIS Server Map Cache Example (Direct Access)" (http://openlayers.org/dev/examples/arcgiscache_direct.html) on their own ArcGIS Server? That is, has anyone been able to set up their own server to enable direct access to the cache?
If yes, I'd really appreciate learning how you are able to get direct access following the URL examples provided in the example.
