Hi, the problem is that IE does validate the XML against the DTD, which other browsers don't. And that DTD seems to be unreachable. A good solution would be for the server to not specify a doctype (or only <!DOCTYPE html) for the GetFeatureInfo response. I'm not that familiar with MapServer, but I'm sure you can configure the GetFeatureInfo template and get rid of that doctype.
