First off I am very new to OpenLayers, but thus far have enjoyed my tinkering in it. I've run into an issue where the Tile Error CSS is lost when layer visibility is toggled. I did a bit of googling and found the following, which seems to have worked when I manually patched OpenLayers.debug.js
