openlayers.mobile.js is just a minified build from the mobile.cfg
build profile that you find in the build/ directory of your OpenLayers
download. Pinch Zoom et al. is available in OpenLayers as soon as you
include it in your build profile and add the MobileNavigation control
to your map.
