So you say,when is the layer outside scale definitions, it is instantiated?
Because in my first attempt, when i tried this example
layer = new ol.Layer.WMS(name, url, {params},{.... minScale:500000,
maxScale:100000}) , the layer wasnt loaded in background, when it was
outside scale definitions. But i couldnt set new values new>minScale and
new<maxScale.
