I am sorry but I have never heard reprojection for wmts. Because I have not found any parameters sent to wmts server about the projection.
Can you tell me more details? If you mean they are coming from a WMTS service, then yes it is surely > possible so long as the server supports reprojection to your baselayer > projection. > >
