Hi, all. I am trying to upgrade from 2.11 to 2.13 for a mobile device. OpenLayers/Control/ClickHold.js exists for 2.11 but is nowhere to be found for 2.13. Was that an oversight, or was it phased out? If it was phased out, I don't see any release notes anywhere.
