I'm seeing a strange error in openLayers 2.13. I have an application that is using a framedCloud popup on a map with a base layer and a WMS layer. Sometime when the user clicks on the map the popup positions it's self east or west of the location where the location where the user clicks. Other time it works just fine. Any ideas of how I can trouble shoot this inconsistent error?
