Perhaps show us your proxy code? If you are using CGI have you enabled
cgi on your server? Tried using the jsp instead? Can you verify directly
that your proxy is working? eg. I can check mine by putting url in the
browser:
http://myhost/myapp/lib/io/proxy.jsp?url=http://mygeoserver_host/geoserver/web
mygeoserver_host is whitelisted in proxy.jsp and so it brings up the
geoserver welcome page (though minus any css).
