Is your original base layer in the same projection as the Bing layer? OL
changes its working map projection to that of the baselayer. If you are
drawing circles in coordinates of one projection and dont transform to
the projection of the baselayer, then they will disappear. Ie I think
bing layer are in web mercator? If so then you need to make sure your
drawing coordinates are also web mercator.
