Quanah Gibson-Mount <[email protected]> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Keywords|needs_review | Resolution|--- |WONTFIX Status|UNCONFIRMED |RESOLVED --- Comment #1 from Quanah Gibson-Mount <[email protected]> --- Hello, The C++ API is part of the community maintained "contrib" location. This means that it has no official support from the OpenLDAP project and it is up to the community to support it. It also means that we do not version any code in the "contrib" location as it is not an official part of the OpenLDAP product. Downstream maintainers are free to version items in "contrib" as desired for their builds of OpenLDAP. I would also note that there is at least one major existing issue with the current contrib C++ API that should probably be addressed prior to any attempt to switch to it (ITS#8143). Patches to fix that issue are welcome. Regards, Quanah -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the issue.
