If you can reproduce the behavior using a supported release series, please feel free to re-open. I would note that OpenLDAP 2.5 and later do not support OpenSSL 1.0.2 series, only OpenSSL 1.1.1 and later. In general, it's strongly advised to migrate to a current supported release series.
