The Linux doc says utimes.h requires sys/types.h.
So I think this should be

#endif /* HAVE_UTIME_H */
or <ac/utime.h>.
Right. I vote for the former by now, since utime.h is needed only
there. In case, we can add "ac/utime.h" later.
