ACLs and back-ldif

back-ldif doesn't honor access control; I was spending a few cycles in 
trying to have all tests working with it, and test006 fails essentially 
because no access checking occurs inside the backend for writes.  I 
assume this is intended; in this case, I'd disable test006, otherwise 
there needs be some work in the area.
