I'm looking into getting the --help output straight. Unfortunately it
looks like autoconf now groups all AC_ARG_ENABLEs together, followed by
all AC_ARG_WITHs, instead of leaving them in the order in which they're
written in configure.in. This particularly messes up --enable-ldbm /
--with-ldbm-api in the help output.
