OTOH... I've marked it Test, do import it. Just got reminded why I patched
it, to fix this:
CPPFLAGS=-DLDAP_THREAD_DEBUG ./configure
./run -b ldif test019
thr_debug fails because a thread unlocks another thread's mutex.
