Quick question for those using syncrepl for replication. What do you use to monitor that replication is working correctly? With slurpd, I had a simple shell script that checked for the existance of a reject file.
Is there something simple to do with syncrepl? Perhaps a script on the consumer to show whether or not its having issues connecting to the master? Or do you do a search for the contextCSN on the master and slaves and see how far apart it is? Just wondering what others are doing. Thanks Dusty Doris
