Problem with index

Hello i have problem with index of openldap. When I search an entry in 
openldap it usually doesn't find anything, so I have to "re-index" every 
day.
I think index isn't created correctly or it is damaged.
My version of openldap is 2.2.23-8 and OS is Debian.
