Hi, the problem is (!(uid=zuul)) don't show the entry uid=zuul. I want 
search the entry and see all attributes except one concrete attribute,  
for example jpegphoto.

Have you tried

ldapsearch -x '(&(objectClass=posixAccount)(!(uid=zuul)))'
