Problem indexing

Hi, I have a LDAP master (write) and three LDAP slave (read).
Three ldap slave are replicas of LDAP master. Today I tried reindexing 
three LDAP slave but it failed. Indexing stoped on line
indexing id=0009aa01.
Have yoy idea about it?
