Does OpenLDAP make a distinction between a user account that is disabled
(by administrator) as opposed to being locked out (due to password being
entered incorrectly a certain # of times during authentication)? After
looking up the password policy it seems that, as far as that policy is
concerned, OpenLDAP only sets an account to be locked.
