However, only a few points of your (4) were specific to OpenLDAP, and about
the only one which is not covered in the documentation is the {SASL} scheme
for userPassword. There rest of the HOWTO was NetBSD specific, covered some
Cyrus-SASL stuff (with NetBSD specifics) and PAM (also with NetBSD
specifics).
