Can I import {lanman} into OpenLDAP?

Hi all,
I tried to import a lanman_hash using something like this:
userPassword: {lanman}4d08da7845568dd9a99e999999c3ac6f
ldapmodify import it without errors, but my user cannot authenticate :(

PS: I'm sure about the password I used

What's wrong?
