Thank you for the link but I am afraid it does not work :( I tried setting it with the way the link suggested. I tried setting LD_LIBRARY_PATH and I even tried to set it in /etc/ld.so.conf but still refuses to use the new version and gives precedence to the version 4.3 in the system.
