FreeRADIUS is a big one for me. No SASL support in its LDAP module.
An Apache authentication module would be nice too. I hacked something
together and submitted a SASL enabled LDAP module a couple of years back
to an Apache list, but didn't get any responses.
On a related note, the SASL patch for Postfix is being worked with by one
of the Postfix developers, so I expect it will be incorporated into their
code for some future minor release version.
