When using this set of configure parameters, some symbols cannot be
loaded and slapd is killed when trying to resolve them during operation
(mostly in back-ldap), all gets better when I add:
- --enable-dynamic

Am I doing something wrong, is it some problem in my build system (but
even clean debian chroot does it) or should this never happen under
normal circumstances?
