ldapsearch: ldap_search_ext: Bad search filter (-7) I have also tried: (userPassword.1=*) which seems to be suggested as working in this document: http://www.zytrax.com/books/ldap/apc/rfc3687.txt (see page 30) but that doesn't work either.
