proxy authentication

I am coming back on a thread as there was no answer

                                                           master or
replica (managed by a central team)
                                                             /\
                                                              | (proxied
bind)
                      partial replica (no userpassword) (managed by another
team)
                      /\
                       |
                 simple  bind

Is there a simple way to do that (no kerberos/sasl)? The bind on the
partial replica is proxied to another server.
