I've compiled openldap 2.4.33 on AIX 6.1 and had to edit the file
libraries/libmdb/mdb.c.
In mdb_cursor_pop I had to comment out the #if MDB_DEBUG directive to make
*top visible.

Is this something particular to xlc?
