already have entryCSN values older than the existing cookies, they still
wouldn't get picked up. If it is new entries only, then it could happen. ;)
Indeed, if you're using slapadd to load entries that already have entryCSNs
this won't work. And you obviously cannot use slapadd to add already-existing
entries.
