i am looking for a way an openLDAP proxy can temporarily block bind attempts (by bind-dn), after a number of consecutive failed authentication requests. The solution should work independent from the remote server configuration and with the client request and remote server response information on the proxy only. Is there a working solution or what could be a possible way to accomplish the needs - maybe develop an custom overlay? Thanx in advance, Rüdiger
