OID for ASN.1 type BinaryTime

HI:

RFC4049 recommended a type BinaryTime - like GeneralisedTime but for
compatibility with older systems.

Reading https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc4049 I couldn't find the OID
for this type, despite intensive Google search. Any hint?
